La Roncaia Ramadolo
Made from verduzzo grapes and partially fermented in both new oak barrique and stainless steel. This wine is very dark amber in colour, with loads of toffee, butterscotch and honey character. On the palette its full-bodied and medium sweet, with a rich and sweet aftertaste. It really is like drinking creme caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
Half Bottle: £35.00
La Roncaia Picolit
Virtually unknown outside of Italy, this grape at one time produced sweet wines that could rival the greatest Sauternes. This has a nose of stewed peaches over a spiced, nutty, baklava-like base. There is a spiced nuttiness on the palate, with hints of smoke and incense. Brilliant.
Half Bottle: £40.00
